Yes I sense that's probably true of most of the other 3. Mourinho I cut above, anyone who would want De Boer, Koeman or Pellegrini ahead of him are wrong.
I believe the other 3 are all attainable and would walk to Everton. However Mourinho is the odd one out. It's a shame we can't have a STV system!!

To be fair I understand the case against Jose, with the counter-argument in brackets:
- leaves clubs with a sour taste in the aftermath (excluding Inter and first stint with Chelsea).
- needs big money to fund success (well, we have that now)
- would cost about 5 times as much as Martinez (see above)
- has a mixed record in transfer market (let's be fair, so does everyone else)
- doesn't much develop the youth (that's Unsworth's job anyway)
- fell out with Rom (they'll get over it I'm sure)
