Respect!Frankly, if I'm having breakfast at 7am, I'm running late! Normally 6.45am at the latest.

it isn't water, i have programmed myself to drink water and green tea. Anything else i avoid.

its weird i'll give you that, but only way to make sure i do it.
true but it is like drugs in a way, one is a gateway to another.fair enough mate, just there are drinks other than water that you can have with near zero calories

so you have juice, then fruit juice, then oasis, then the odd diet coke and so on and so forth.
sounds silly i know but i just want to stick to certain things, namely water and green tea. Just means i know i'm drinking well, with only the odd cup of coffee at a weekend (actually have no coffee at all until i get paid)
Pretty much this - eat less, eat better and take exercise. What's the saying - Its about making lifestyle changes, not quick fixes.
I force myself to get up before work around 6am ish, to go for a quick run - 3 times a week. I prefer that then after a long day at work. Could you possibly exercise before work - even if its just a 30 min walk?week so far, being having the home made salads for lunch. Monday ended up getting a burger for tea, last night was tuna pasta home made.
tonight probably fish in butter sauce with mash and veg i would imagine.
exercise wise, admittedly i put it off monday then last night other half and son are ill so they watched a movie downstairs wrapped up in quilts so actually fell asleep myself before i could do anything. Hopefully get chance tonight to do something.
My other half does that, often gets up at 5 and goes for a run.I force myself to get up before work around 6am ish, to go for a quick run - 3 times a week. I prefer that then after a long day at work. Could you possibly exercise before work - even if its just a 30 min walk?
I tried that a few weeks ago. My plan was to get up at 6 and do a yoga session before i got ready for work but it couldnt keep it up. I did try but found it harder to get up at that timeI force myself to get up before work around 6am ish, to go for a quick run - 3 times a week. I prefer that then after a long day at work. I wouldn't class myself as a morning person as well, so it does take a lot of will power. You do wonder what the hell you are doing though, when its winter, pitch black and raining. My other half does that, often gets up at 5 and goes for a run.
I called her an effing lunatic and roll over.
The thought of it ffs....aaarrggh.

I find my body reacts much worse to early morning exercise. Much better in the evening having had a full day for my limbs and joints to wake up.I force myself to get up before work around 6am ish, to go for a quick run - 3 times a week. well.......Couple of suggestions to increase the healthy aspect of your meals (possibly already given, long topic and such). Use whole-weat pasta, instead of regular. I would steam the fish with the vegetables; equally tasty and it's less work to prepare. Butter high calorie value. Try to cook with as little fats as possible/avoid them (but not completely cause your body needs fats). Cause at the moment you're still losing weight quite easily, but it's bound to get harder at some point in time.
Honestly I think if you were a bit more strict about your diet you could skip the exercise if you just made some small incremental changes to your life; like use your bicycle to get to work, walk to places ...
Very good of you to prepare home-made salads.
