Make yer own, la. If you wanna do a little sandwich dressing whip up some low fat yoghurt, bit of crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cayenne and if you're feeling a little nawty grate in some parmesan as a treat.

to be honest i doenst really add dressing myself other than pepper. Perhaps a little bit of sweet chilli but then nowhere near the amount that subway would use.
I am happy to eat the veg as veg as long as it is wet, not dried stuff but fresh veg.
