Little update, odd day yesterday.

got a baguette from eat4less so chips with that as well. then my tea was a ham and coleslaw butty, a few crisps (first crisps in 6 weeks) and a slice of chocolate cake. Then i done a workout last night.

so yeah, bit if an odd one because calories wise i can't have run that high and burnt a fair few of them off last night. Perhaps running at just over a 1000 for the day and burned 500 of them back off? Makes no odds either way.

Tut tut. Come on mate!

in the grand scheme of things not good i know.

but i was trying to sort out something at the registry office so only had time to grab somethign quick and the night time, that was literally all i ate, it was a wake memorial type party, so i didn't eat anything else.

AND did a work out to help shift the carbs and sugar out my system in the night time lol

they are cardio ones. Probably more focused on arms and legs more than specifically fat burning, but then i have no real tailor made training to go from.

I thought process is that doing high cardio work outs 3 times a week now (to maintain it rather than be unrealistic) as long as eating better/less will have the desired effect.

I fully expect the weight loss to cross over with muscle build sooner rather than later, so from that point on, it will be just about how my clothes fit 3-4 weeks down the line. I will keep weighing myself in work and keep pushing to make that number falls every week. but i know it will slow based on muscle building.
I use the Kettlercise DVDs which claim to be primarily fat burning, and whilst it does work the muscles a bit, there's a lot of squats, lunges and side bends which target the subcutaneous fat areas. Cardio ones will mostly be about improving your heart and lung capacity for sports.

tae bo technically teaches you karate aerobics in its own way lol but what equipment do you need for kettlesize? Might actually start that as well if it is more designed for fat burning.

Just a kettlebell. Go for a 10 or 12kg one. Then either buy the DVD or watch a few sessions on YouTube to get an idea for a routine and freestyle it. I downloaded an app called Impetus which is just a simple lap timer, so you can do a minute on each exercise.

I'll check it out then mate. Happy to do other workouts more suited to me :)

Enough with the subways man! You can knock up a sandwich or salad in 2 mins, why you forking out on that salt-laden junk?!
haven't had chance to go and buy it in mate. I want to make my own, just so far this week have not been able to get somewhere to pre buy it.

w3eekend was busy and past two days been sorting wedding stuff in my free time outside the house. By all means i plan to buy in my salads this weekend, bag of 2 a day veg and some varied fish to throw on it. sorted.

May as well get a burger mate

Big fan of getting Subways to 'lower the calories'. You're an everyday hero mate.

to be fair the majoirty of what i am eating is still vegetables. I have even changed the topping in it to a much healthier one that people suggested to me earlier in the thread. I may be adding a few extra calories sure, but still mainly veg i'm eating as a meal, same as my tea is at least a third vegetables as well.

I'll be buying my lunches in next week, so salad bags and fish for dinner every day.
