haha i'm not going down that route. No 6 pack or anything, not my intention as i know i have to keep it up and balls to that.
I'm not posh, pants is normal to me hahaAnother great read and made up for you that you're seeing real progress, drawing positive comments from people who can see the change, etc. Marks off for repeatedly saying 'pants' instead of 'trousers' though...!
People started to notice my weight loss when my cheekbones started to emerge again, but also when my clothes began to hang off me. The comments since getting a new load of clobber have been more favorable though - it's a great feeling knowing your size and the fit of your clothes are 'right'. I personally wouldn't recommend waiting until your 'pants' (grrrrr!) are six inches bigger than your waist mate - you'll look daft, and will run the risk of some serious wardrobe malfunctions!I'm not posh, pants is normal to me haha
Admittedly my belt is on its last legs now. Last hole and they still feel loose at the same time hahaPeople started to notice my weight loss when my cheekbones started to emerge again, but also when my clothes began to hang off me. Might be worth looking at retailoring some clothes? I did that with a couple of suits - although it added cost to the original buy, it was cheaper than buying new ones! Either way, working out what to do when you're shrinking is a nicer problem to have than worrying about expanding!Admittedly my belt is on its last legs now. I just don't see the point in buying pants gradually, and decreasing them slightly. In my head i am not as slimmer as i believe i am currently, although i am still fat so you can see why. I just think it would be nice to buy new pants knowing they are smaller and then i get that sense of achievement then. My fat is in my Beer (minus alcohol) belly and my thighs, so it makes buying pants difficult anyway because my waist might be one size but my thighs push them up one.
But as i mentioned i am looking forward to coming into work with new clothes 2-3 months down the line and people actually noticing then and realising how slimmer i am. Even at 14 stone i will probably be in the next size down clothes so would be great to get that feeling of achievement.
I don't eat crisps anymore mateI've just had a bag of jacob's crinkly's and an apple for my lunch...Can I be in your gang?
Yeah my auntie is a sewist so i might ask her to do one or two things to pants and that to keep them wearable. I have noticed t shirts that were tight have got more room now, the first one believe it or not was an old silver everton top i had.Might be worth looking at retailoring some clothes? Was thinking exactly the same thing!Another great read and made up for you that you're seeing real progress, drawing positive comments from people who can see the change, etc. Marks off for repeatedly saying 'pants' instead of 'trousers' though...!

Your 18 stone? How tall are you?haha i'm not going down that route. No 6 pack or anything, not my intention as i know i have to keep it up and balls to that.
I just want to drop my weight as much as i can to the point where i feel more myself. So that is normally around 12 stone. My healthy weight is technically 10 stone - 11 but around 12 i know i am comfy again, plus 6 stone lighter at the same time haha
