Pork schnitzel, fried egg, chips and some gravy thing from Cafe Rouge. Too salty, but tasty enough.

Haven't updated in a while
Got myself weighed monday, down to 16/2 which is probably about a 2 stone loss in 5 weeks or so. I am aiming now to drop 4 pounds a week from now until november, which if i hit that, be down to 13 stone 4, if i don't drop that much then i would imagine still leave me around the 14 stone mark, still a big difference.
Food wise, been maintaining the healthy eating generally. Did have unhealthy tea sunday (by myself in house) and monday (my last one for a while) But still been eating well in between and still no sugar or anything.
So yeah, need to do workout tonight to go with the insanity on friday (didn't hurt as much the second time round!) so hopefully if i can do 3 workouts a week plus eat healthy then i can hit that 4 pounds a week drop that i am aiming for.
Side note, pants are looser on me and shirt which was tight at the beginning is a fair bit looser as well on me.
Well in you mentalist.
Why don't you get your friends and family to sponsor this last bit of your dieting ?
It'll give you even more motivation and get your family involved too.
Even if it's just a pound off everyone for a charity that's close to your heart.
You're going to need money for new clothes too !
haha as much as i would love to do that, and have considered it, i haven't been trying to make a big deal out of it to anyone. I have mentioned it when asked but other than that i have kept it largely to myself. Wearing the same clothes is probably a bit deceiving as well considering they are all X large, but don't plan to buy new clothes until i can significantly make a difference if that makes sense?
in real life mate.?????????
in real life mate.
This is a running blog of sorts to put things down in and whatever else. In real life, i am not telling people about it unless they ask, just getting on with work and that is it.
You're so mental.
I'm really starting to love you.
Car waving Dave. He's lovely isn't he.
He's like the friendly neighbourhood weirdo that everyone in the area knows and loves.

At my normal weight in my mind, i fit into medium tops and 30-32 waist pants. So rather than mess about buying slightly smaller, just go out when i can go and cut like 6 inches off the pants in one go. Get some nice new shirts then people can take notice then, when it is blatant i have lost it lol
So yeah, my motivation right now are the 36 waist pants in the house. If i can put them on no problems then i will be amazed considering my pants got slowly bigger over 8 years. That and getting that weighing result drop every week by as much as i can!
You want your shirt so that 3rd button down is hanging on for dear life. Cough and you'll take someone's eye out. When you've reached your target weight mate, you want to PM @Baines' left foot and seek advice about the best clothes to wear to show off your new svelte figure - tops a size or two too small normally do the trick X

Another great read and made up for you that you're seeing real progress, drawing positive comments from people who can see the change, etc. Marks off for repeatedly saying 'pants' instead of 'trousers' though...!haha as much as i would love to do that, and have considered it, i haven't been trying to make a big deal out of it to anyone.
