So let's get this straight, you're sat in work trying to force-ably place your belly on the desk? Do your colleagues see you as somewhat of a perculiar character Christopher?

haha it may have looked a bit odd yeah. It was just an indicator as that was me at my worst only 4 weeks ago, now its not doing that it means the belly is going even if i cant notice it.

send me pictures!

surely then the picture would just be of my belly then? lol or my crotch ;)
 
glad to see you're sticking at it (have the odd treat...it won't hurt)...more than some of us would do;)
i am doing that yeah. Just avoiding eating anything but not depriving myself either. So have an ice cream with the family but don't plan to have one of a night sort of thing.

i am actually a regular person lol

as i have said before, i day in the life feature with me would probably be good reading. within 15 minutes of waking up today i had filled my sachet up with milk, dropped it everywhere, and made my porridge explode in the microwave.

these things just happen to me. Hence why i have a thread on here to update so i don't put myself in hospital through malnutrition ;)

I have reeled in my water intake now by this week. I still only drink that or green tea but i'm not doing out my way to drink loads, just solely sticking to it, so if i only drink a litre of the stuff then least that is it, no juice or pop as well.

Plus the porridge is my attempt to get calcium into my diet as well which had gone out of it to be honest.

Drink plenty of water, at least 2-3 litres a day, helps the metabolism speed up.

i only drink water now mate. No juice or pop or anything else. Just water and green tea in work. Not even going near the sugar free pop either if i can help it lol

have like 2 coffees a week as well.

Eat snails, mate. Shell and all. That will get the calcium into you and probably take the edge of your appetite as well.

quickest way to lose weight i imagine. Jib the Tae bo off and just throw up after every meal ;)

either this is all true and you are a loon. Or you're making it up and you're a loon.

One serious question mate if you don't mind. How much booze would you drink before on an average week? Have you given up completely? and if so how long for?
