New Healthy Start

May as well keep some sort of online diary doing this so far. No minute details like.

Just finished doing a fitness trst on insanity and a ddp yoga session.

Pretty much insanity I failed at unsurprisingly but a good measure of improving how many I can do per interval.

Ddp yoga was hard, body hurt more after that but I'm happy to commit to it and try and strengthen my muscles that I have never used in my life.

Perhaps an alternative is to make big batches of pasta so you can then heat them up in the microwave. For instance, I'll be making a risotto later and will probably make 6 portions, so we'll have 4 left to freeze and heat up later. Takes no more time really than making 1/2 portions, but saves heaps of time later on when you're pushed. That way you know what you're eating and can make sure it's healthy. Probably cheaper too if that's a consideration.
Doesn't he need to burn off the massive amount of carbs in pasta though?

No idea how much I weigh like and God forbid I'll notice any difference haha


But not doing a day to day thing, just want to jot the stuff down so I can keep track and nice to see how often I can keep up with the fitness side. All well and good walking more but things like the fitness will be what I need to commit to.

Plus if the thread dies then it was all talk no action so rep on the line here as well lol

I stopped all alcohol Monday to Friday. Light daily exercise... Went from 91 kg to 84 in 4 weeks.
Then with winter now at its peak, I relaxed the regime ...at 87 kg now. Not arsed though ... will lose it in spring. I'm 6'1 so at 87 kgs it's ok

Was good to see you at the pool this morning mate. I'm sure they'll be able to fix it.
