New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I swear I must of been to a different Goodison than most people on here. Goodison was quite as f*** most of the time too. Sure, it had some amazing moments, but it didn’t have some crazy atmosphere week in week out like some people on here like to make out. Our new stadium will have some amazing moments too.

Not just us who are miffed off with digital tickets and modern football.

'Well I've just got back from a fairly chilly turf moor, and on my walk back home I'm really contemplating trying to give up the habit of going to the match, tonight is the flattest Burnley Vs man utd has ever been and for one big reason ..... Digital tickets. I hate every aspect of it! if the ticket has been paid for what's it matter who goes and what you do with it. One day it will fail and they'll have to call the match off and then we will back to the good old days paper tickets, what's it matter if a few scallywags from gorton are selling half a dozen tickets for 120 quid. The bigger issue is sponsors,YouTubers, fan cammers and the club itself taking the tickets from the fans by making them jump through so many loops or greed. Aside from the social aspect I enjoy very little about it, almost a chore and the armchair is looking more likely but watching it on the Tele isn't the same either. '

Its not the existence of digital tickets that is the issue, it is the management of the transfer of them that is. By all means only allow transfer to registered fans for se unity purposes, but the requirement of a membership to be purchased so thatI can transfer my ST to a mate is ridiculous. Im mot bothered about getting any money for it, I've never asked for payment when letting somebody on my ticket, so I'll likely leave it empty rather than messing with the resale thing if I cant make it at last minute.
This will leave us with a half empty ground for such games, despite demand still being high.

Regrettably, I agree with a previous poster. This week has felt like a chore going to the game knowing we are serving up these horrid performances and seeing the little one upset during / after the game.

Not really over excited about getting the game on Saturday.

Then there is the next 4 home games all of a weekday evening. Night matches used to be exciting.

Really hoping a 2+ week break from the HD after this Saturday can lift the spirits.

This;

I figure its because digital tickets insist it.

But its a consequence of not allowing physical tickets.

Sometimes last minute things come up, and those now go to waste.

Liverpool allow transfers up until kick off, we stop ours 3 hours before for no apparent reason
