People seem to be carrying on with the illusion that 'the club' is in any way the cause of this or will be the solution. AFAIK they've turned all this over to commercial parties who determine how the stadium can be accessed.
The days of having a board and directors who can reach down to officers of the club to tweak things and respond to supporters are well and truly gone.
Now we have a vampiric stadium management company who call the shots away from a largely aloof ownership group who's CEO has been left here to carry out their wishes - and he wont give a flying one about intervening. He'll just tell you to vent through the poodle Fans Forum Group and they'll be told a load of
and then dutifully put together the meeting minutes and publish them online...with a line or two about how the club are endeavouring to make attendance to the stadium as democratic and affordable as possible and that they do have a certain number (1878 in fact) tickets whose costs are kept right down etc etc.
I've said before and I'll say it again: ticketing + the policing of that stadium + ongoing identity issues will cause a backlash at some point.
