The rest of the country knows this stadium as a sports facility rather than being the home of Everton.

As an occasional lurker on here I suspect this is intended as one of your wind ups, but as a Southampton fan living over 200 miles away from Liverpool I can assure you that everybody I speak to very much knows it as Everton's new ground.

We have a classy looking stadium, blending well within its historical location among the docks of the Mersey.
The stadium I believe will become iconic and instantly recognisable to fans worldwide as the home to Everton FC.
I personally don't think it needs to be "plastered" with Everton features.

The stadium was to give Everyone FC a platform to make a statement. All we have now is an £800M billboard for corporations.

I can only agree. Even the crests are a bit too subtle for me. It is still the lack of E V E R T O N FC or E F C on the seats that I don't get. Is it only City and Spurs who do the same?
