New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

The club backed themselves into a corner, from a consumer duty point of view. You can't sell memberships for £30-60 a pop with one of the main selling points being that it gives exclusive access to the resale site, only to later throw that sale open to everyone when supply is outstripping demand - people who'd paid to be members would be demanding a refund.

Get Europe and the enthusiasm will be there next season. It's there for the taking. Should have gone 6th tonight.

Don't think it's that simple. Demand at Goodison over recent years was definitely inflated by it being the end of era.

We've never really carried 50k+ attendances throughout our entire history so it would be very impressive if we started to now.

I really do think it's time we employed a younger, forward thinking manager. Dinosaur tactics, team selections and puzzling substitutions are killing any enthusiasm for the place.

Would love a manager that plays the game on the front foot like Kim Hellberg at Boro.
No young forward thinking manager would touch us. They'd get turned on after the first blip and be facing revolts long before the season was out. Maybe its because of decades of failure has made some of us very inpatient but whatever reason the fanbase will never give a manager enough time to fix things at this club. We're the last place a young upcoming manager would want to go.

When Goodison rocked it rocked. This place hasn't yet. It's like a puppy settling in to a new home. And 6/8 months later.........The puppy owns the house and every one in it.
The hero we never knew we needed

The problem is if we get rid Moyes for that type of manager in the summer we're likely saying you've got to do better than top 10, which is going to be difficult unless there's a huge injection of cash.

Replacing a manager that's done a decent job is always a very difficult thing to do. Unfortunately I do think it's more likely we'd end up going backwards if Moyes left in the summer.

So so many seats empty tonight. I get it’s a Tuesday night game but if you’re going to buy a season ticket or membership actually get to the stadium. If it was a derby there’d be a full house!

The football is garbage. I haven’t missed a game yet, but it’s depressing knowing we’re watching Barry or Beto, Gana, and O’Brien RB for the rest of the season.

If they want a full house every week, it has to be worth watching.
