Could those guys have thelwell p45 ready to go...I don't like to call people out for the work they're doing because there is often many things we are not aware of. But seeing our squad, and the state of our academy, it is clear to me that there is no accountability...in any organisation, I would have failed my objectives which would have consequences for my job.
