Our entire problem stems from the fact we’ve assembled a group of expensive players who seem utterly incapable of playing well together. Lampard achieves that very thing by himself and you consider it a suitable audition for the job??

The trouble with Bobby is that he was always reactive rather than proactive .
I liked him , he was phenomenal . Maybe with the huge amount of experience he has gained , he can become a great club manager but I don't think our squad now can accommodate his tactics .

It’s a real crossroads appointment. Can we afford another gamble like Silva? Throwing big money at an elite manager seems unlikely now we’ve been burnt by Carlo.
