Actually I'd love the 3rd with a little modification. That blue outline should completely fit to the shield, that would be nice! A differing shape from the old crests is not essentially wrong.

Nonsense. I absolutely despise the current badge, it's wank, and I was really looking forward to seeing what the club had come up with - and I'm sorry, but they are terrible. They have the things fans want (NSNO, the proper tower etc), but that's no good if it looks like something designed in MS paint.
