2025/26 Nathan Patterson

I heard at the end of that game that the Scots now pick a squad of 55 players and then later in May cut it to the final 25.

WTF?!

55 players, even @laudo9 gets named in that squad never mind Patterson.

I have it on relatively good authority that incident with dyche went

‘Why do they call you Patto?’ As he began to tap him on the head and it turned into a vigorous slapping.

Patto didn’t seen the funny side of it and kicked off.

Everyone does (UP TO 55, not necessarily 55) and submits to FIFA. It's generally not released to the press/made public. But any changes due to injury etc once they submit the official 26 have to come out of that 55 list. No wildcards at that point.

TBH, I'm not even sure that Patto is even in the top 55 RBs in Scotland.

He's certainly first on the list of RBs living rent free in your head dave! 🤣

He's living rent free at Everton's expense.

What did you think of his performances in the two friendlies? They were hopeless weren't they?

The Scotsman ranked him 4/10 last night; Willie Miller said his passing under pressure was woeful against Japan.

He'll be the luckiest player alive to make the final 25 for the WC. There'd have to be 2/3 injuries to others who've played at RB.

Having been at the game last night, I can say that he did nothing wrong at all.

Granted he was only on for about 20/25 mins, but how anyone came up with a 4/10 is ludicrous.

He stopped a certain goal with an interception on the left of the box, where he correctly anticipated that the left back was caught out of position and sprinted across to cover for him. He then remained at left back, until the danger had passed and team regained its shape. I`m sure this was appreciated by the left back at the time, as if they`d scored it was on him.

Your vile bigotry, has you grasping for ever desperate straws to slate him with.

Why are you so bothered about his Scotland prospects?
