My 50kg weight loss challenge

So we've gone from 'Look in my Fridge' to 'I'm not allowed in my fridge, check out the difference'.

You all deserve all the high 5s, applause and plaudits that can come your way.

Incidentally, what height are you all? This 85kg weight is where I would be if I kept up my running hobby and minimised my eating hobby. Be interested to know.

6'5"

I am still hovering around 80-82 kg (172cm) i know i am still overweight, but come all of a sudden my legs got crazy fat? i was exactly at same kg last year and my legs were not like this, so if you eat terrible stuff but still exercise like before you may keep your weight but the place where the fat goes changes.

i am so doomed. so my challenge would be 15 kg loss. and good luck to the OP

Great news on the biopsy results. And keep at it. You are doing great. Also you're not boring us - if posting helps you, keep it up. X

Great news on the test results mate, I bet that was a load off your mind.

Meal prepping is a massive help to a weight loss goal. Looking forward to the updates/meal prep suggestions!

Pleased to hear it mate and well in

My latest before and after from a few weeks back. 115kg > 85kg. Lost for motivation & direction at the minute so just ticking over. Feel so much healthier now.

Can I ask how you did that mate? All independent or did you have the help of a coach or trainer or something? I'm looking to do something similar, although for me it would be bulking up rather than slimming down

Large calorie deficit (1,500 per day), gym every day, 4-6L water, cut out takeaways and booze as much as poss, tried to get more sleep in too. Nothing complicated anyway.
