My 50kg weight loss challenge

Currently on a similar path, keeping it boring and drinking lots of water. Glad to know it worked.

(Can’t show everyone my beautiful face) but this is how it kinda looked for me and why I think sacrificing a few months of your life is well worth it. And that people should stay well clear of the jabs. This was start of July to end of Nov. I’m slimmer than this now but trying to slow it down.

Fantastic work. I'm in a similar state, but dropping quickly. Definitely tough to break habits at the start, but day 11 into no fizzies and takeaways and it's getting far easier to not crave.

To be fair if you just switch the fizzies to no sugar it’s fine. I have a relentless sweet tooth so I chug Fanta Zero like there’s no tomorrow.
Yeah same, drinking 1l a day of coke without trying. Disgusting habits when you're gaming, or drinking something else than alcohol because I've quit that a couple of years ago.

What's the point? I lost 44 kg on the jab in 12 months.

The mirror doesn't give you a high 5 for graft
Honestly I don't have any qualms about people getting the jab if it sorts them out and they go in with their eyes open and know what any downsides or side effects there can be. Equally if you can do it without then go for it.

Good luck however you lose it.

Good for you, jab away

The point is your cardiovascular system, your bone density and your general health will high 5 you. Which is more important than the superficial glance you get from a mirror

Not sure what you mean. I'm 20 kgs lightler than when i did an Ironman but in know way fitter. I'm pushing numbers on the bike now that i could only have dreamed of back then.

The lighter you are the better your cardio is. I've gone from doing 5 exercises a week to 1 or 2. It's all about weight

You do you, leave me to do it my way
