I get that but you can not create consistency if you don't get given consistency if that makes sense? He has only had a small run of games together (be it because of injury or being dropped etc) has played multiple positions (Full Back, Centre Mid, Centre Back) and has then been ditched for months before being randomly thrown in for a cup game.

He does so some stupid stuff but he is still young and can improve on that (looks like his is at Boro..)

Staying fit is an issue certainly, but he has had bad random injuries rather than reoccurring ones which I suppose is a good thing.

Hes been injury free for 18months so far.

I want every Everton player to be the best. I just don’t see Besic ever being the player some here think he is.

Would love to be wrong.

he simply can't control a ball and attempts to win the ball back by cutting down his opponent

If you want every Everton player to be the best, you must hate our current squad of utter crappers.

Based on what ive seen, Besic is head and shoulders above any midfielder we currently have, the only person who comes close is Morgan when hes interested.

Besic will get his chance when the manager gets to see him next season. Or he will choose to stay at Championship level or booger off back to Croatia(?). It would be nice if he can prove himself here. Who knows?

I mean be the best they can be. I don’t expect Xavi etc.. & Leicester have shown you don’t have to have world class players, if they all play to their best & work for each other.

Well with respect, I doubt you are & he's certainly shown more intelligence so far than Besic ever has.

...but we’ll see. I predict Besic will be offloaded in the summer & Beningme will have the better career of the two.

No doubt Besic will be moved on, but I dont picture a day where Beni shackles Messi in a World Cup.
