David Moyes seems rather upset he didn't get the arm around the shoulder welcome from the travelling Evertonians on Wednesday.
When did your feelings change towards him and what angered you after he spent such a long time with us?
It will be interesting to hear your views.

Still like and respect him for what he did for Everton.

Having said that I haven't got a problem with anyone else giving him barrels of abuse, that's football.

He had his respect at the end of last season. All the while, he was being paid handsomely whilst also beginning his new job.

He the spent the summer making everyone aware that Everton were a step beneath him and his new club and oh, weren't we terrible for not letting Leighton and Marouane "further their careers"

Well now he's being found out that he's out of his depth, the pressure is much greater than he thought, all the while, his former club are going from strength to strength.

He can [Poor language removed] off.

Agree.

David Moyes' era was a very necessary stage in our development as a team, like it or not. That's over now and we're moving onwards and upwards because we've changed manager. Personally, I don't particularly want to rub anything in his face, but I don't think any less of anyone who does. Maybe I would feel different if he was doing well and I didn't have any sympathy for his current predicament.

"I'll see where we are after Christmas before I sign a new deal" - Moyes, Nov 2012

"I'll see where we are in March before signing a new deal" - Moyes, Jan 2013

"I'll see where we are at the end of the season before signing a new deal" - Moyes, March 2013

"I only knew about the Utd job 4 weeks before I took it" - Moyes, said several times, most recently 2 days ago.

"I met David at my house at Christmas 2012 and told him 'You're my successor, you're the next Man Utd manager" - Alex Ferguson in his book.

Lies, lies, lies.

Then the ridiculous bids, the 'Everton shouldn't be holding back the careers of Fellaini & Baines' quote, the 'I know how Everton works'; 'I always told the players they didn't need a manager'; 'I signed most of the players', 'He's doing a good job carrying it on...' quotes.

Pretty much all of that, Bally.

The media fails to realise, he wasn't just booed because he left and because he made **** bids. It's his whole demeanour and the lies he told (and still tells), and the fact he left without us getting any compensation for him, from one of the richest clubs in world football.

I think in the long term, he'll be regarded as an important manager for us. He did steady the ship, he did point us in the right direction. He just didn't let go soon enough.

It's going to end in a fireball at Old Trafford, and his humility will have to return. I'll start to like him again then.
