I've gotten to the point of: sign the contract or [Poor language removed] off, him not signing is affecting the team, the press and the fans. its ridiculous its taken this long.

He's been pretty damned good as Everton manager. Probably the second best in my lifetime. But he needs to sign NOW. If not, then he should say goodbye and let both parties move on.

Just sign Davie, FGS!

I have to agree as for best manager I have seen I would put him behind Kendall,Catterick and Royle but above the rest.As for the contract its strange all this mega money waiting and it wont be backdated so all the delays have cost him money so it cant be any thing frivolous but agree that enough is enough sign it before the derby. (y)

Sign it Moyes, sort the team out and let's get on with the season without all this off the field crap going on.

Being optimistic, I think he aint signed because of how poor the team are playing. I think he's spending time on the team than on sorting out his contract.

Obviously this is just based on what he said regarding the transfers this summer, but it could be a reason.

But then again he can just sign it then plough on with the team and the future of the club.

I had a thought that he was stalling because there may have been talks of a takeover in the background that we might not have known about. Waiting to see what would become of it incase the new owner wanted their guy etc. Also thought that might have had a bearing on the funds over the summer.

But, now Im certain thats not the case and I just have no idea whats going on!
