TWWWWWWWWWW-ATTTTTTT!!!!!!

He ruined my football club?

(anyone sure that aint Van Der Meyde inside those scrotes?)

How close to the end of Moyes' previous contracts did he get?
When he signed new contracts, who has he then brought into the club (players) in the months after?
I ask this having been reading the Fellaini thread and thought Fellaini signed in summer 08, was that also the summer Moyes signed the deal which we see running into its last 6 months now?
(Its optimism in that hopefully hes playing hardball about the ambition of himself and the club and expects to be able to significantly upgrade the side again, possibly this summer)

He signed his last contract in October.

He transformed his pay from £30,000-a-week to £65,000-a-week. Negotiations had dragged on for almost a year as Moyes waited on the release of his summer transfer budget and then, having broken Everton's transfer record for a fourth time to sign Marouane Fellaini for £15m, by several contractual issues.

Despite the current financial limitations and ownership uncertainty, Moyes feels he can fulfil his ambitions at Everton and still hopes to emulate Ferguson and Wenger. Albeit on a fraction of their spending. "When the time comes for them to leave their clubs they will leave a massive impression on football, a massive impression on how their teams play. I would like to think that by the time I leave Everton I will leave some kind of impression," said Moyes. "You see what's happened at Manchester City and Aston Villa. Maybe in the future they will become the biggest clubs in England. I hope we can become like that over the next five or six years. Look at the squad Everton have got, look at the fan base Everton have got and look at the history Everton have got. I think there would be only three or four managers in the country who would not want the Everton job."

I actually don't care, and here's why.

If he signs, yay, well done and everything, good for him.

If he doesn't, well, he's a bell of the highest order for not just saying so and leaving our season with this uncertainty hanging over us like a dark cloud. If a player was holding the club to ransom like this, I don't think he'd be delighted about it.

So whatever really. As soon as the clock ticked over into 2013 with this unresolved, I gave up caring. Whether he stays or goes, we'll go on as Everton, a big feck off football club that has existed since 1878.

This. He really is being a scrot. The transfer window is over now so sign the god damn Contract. If he does I reckon he will only sign a 2 year one. Has he even been offered one?
