This is not something easy to read, after it's all politics. Sporting can really be bothered by the whole thing, and therefore they maybe prepared to harden things up, or they maybe acting to please the fans. It can cut both ways, at this point there is no way to read it clearly.

Either way I just hope this gets settled as soon as possible. Either we sign him or we leave it, simple as really.
