Wheater was INSIDE the six yard box and right next to Yobo, if yobo wasnt supposed to be marking Wheater who was he supposed to be marking?

Jagielka was not ball watching, he was placed in the exact spot the ball would have arrived if neither Yobo or Wheater had connected.

There isnt a lot more that you could have expected him to do.

What did you want him to do? say "Go go gadget Jagielka" and wind his neck infront of Yobo and Wheater and scuccessfully head the ball away?

IMHO, they had a horrendous First Half , then that indomitable spirit the team have had for some time, surfaced and the lads came through. I somehow find it invidious to single one name out for M o M it seems always to me that they are all so keen

Lescott, for me. He saved us on several ocassions.

Howard really needs to up his game. His uncertainty made it very difficult for us for our defence to push up and pass the ball, as they were too afraid to leave him exposed. Against a better team than Boro we would have lost.
