Most "Valuable" Player

It's a simple question, he's pretty much asking how much more highly we rate our own players than the market rates them.

Now, I think that 27 mil for Fellaini as market price is pretty ridiculous. I think his market price is closer to like 19 mil, and I probably value him at 25 mil.

For me, Pienaar would have to be the most valuable. Think we could get 4-5 million for him, but we couldn't replace him for less than 11 or 12 mil imo without hurting the quality of the team.

Ahh I didnt understand the 3 figures though.

Maybe Gibson? Would probably fetch £4m or so but his worth to the team is much more.

We could easily get somebody better than Pienaar for £12m.

We got Mirallas for £6m.

it is simple, but people(small minority) on this forum are too simple to understand..so they start mocking and putting stupid gif. images up,

id have to say baines..is r most valuable player...

All subjective. Whatever figures we bandy about are moot given that the market value is set solely by those clubs able to purchase.

Even if Everton declare that a player will only be sold for £30m; that merely indicates he's available and he'll cost whatever the highest bidder is willing to pay which won't be £30m.

I'd get your grammar and spelling in order within a post deriding others as 'simple'. It doesn't reflect well on you.

He's still right.

I'd probably say our older players - Distin, Hibbert, Osman. Don't have much, if any resale value, but they're Premiership tested and we'd be hard-pressed to find replacements for the fees they would bring in.

fair enough, but I said less than 11 or 12. In this market, do you think we could really find a player of Pienaar's quality for 10 million that would fit our system? And you're right about Mirallas, but I think he's sort of the exception that proves the rule, and I honestly can't figure out why he signed for us over Arsenal.
