Most Underrated Bands Of All Time.

Coldplay are the weirdest band. They are like Benjamin Button.

They did their best stuff when when they were young and it sounded old for their age, and now then are trying to act like 20 year olds.

Never really been fussed with them but their music these days is awful.
You summed them up perfectly. I actually enjoyed their first two albums. They... uh kind of went in an interesting direction and became cool to hate. Two decent albums (at least for me) are better than a lot of bands though to be fair to Coldplay

I didn't care much for them at the time, but now I can see the point and that it was pretty good etc. But after that it's just weird.

It's a worse drop off than Weezer lol

For sure. Viva la Crap is one of the cheesiest songs I have ever heard. I think they receive a lot of the hate that other bands should get though lol

I guess they just had their midlife crisis or something

Really? The Yardbirds weren't big over there?

In Merica? No idea of their sales and that, but their influence was widely acclaimed. I once read a story of Jimmy Page and Peter Grant strolling down a street in NYC, (Pre Zep), and some limo pulling up and some executive of RCA or some other label making a bee line for Page.

He was hardly known in the UK. To the general public that is.
