Baines not getting a shout thus far seems weird for me.

Cahill makes my list regardless of my indecision.

Agreed, was there not stories circulating about him beating his wife when he first arrived.
I always thought Naismith seemed like a descent sort, done stuff off the pitch and gave his all on it, shame he didn't have more ability.
Kevin Kilbane also seems likeable.

Harper was in the main stand at Elland Road for the 1995 FAC semi v Spurs. I didn't know until ending up about 2 rows further forward after the delirious celebrations following one of Amo's goals, and Harper was a part of the mayhem! What a great atmosphere and day that was!!
