Our squad isn't. We're currently 7th, level on points with 6th which is about where we realistically can hope to finish this season given the struggle of attracting top targets after coming 11th in the previous 2 seasons and having no European football on offer.

For me, action not words are needed. he talks about a new stadium? we have had that before and it fell through more than once. He talks about missing transfer targets, great, easily said 3 months later.

not really blowing my load because he threw some soundbites out which sounded good. Rather he go and sign some players to improve us in january and go from there.

Do like the idea of Koeman being in charge of team affairs, exactly what i want from a manager here. Less favouring certain players and keeping them happy and just being the man in charge, great stuff that.

Well obviously, yeah.

Action is being taken behind the scenes, but it takes time.

In the meantime there is nothing wrong with some public words of reassurance.
