2019/20 Morgan Schneiderlin

....Davies lack of involvement is strange. As always, a players absence often overlooks how poor poor he was performing, but I thought Davies played quite well in the recent England U21 international.
I suggest an alleged row with Davies , and Silva from Captain to not even on the bench most times , and if he is never used.....

He is a weird one is Schneiderlin.

It's not like he is "BAD" bad. You don't really watch him and think "What the hell was that?" and he doesn't play sloppy passes all over the place etc.

He is frustrating because he is a bit of a non entity. Bit like the likes of Tobias Linderoth, not shockingly awful or anything but what does he actually do?

Very little especially against the bad teams. Passes it sideways and lacks energy. He actually protected the defence at the end of the last season but his heart isn't in it anymore. We only kept him as a backup so its unfortunate Gbamin is out, but he should have been shipped out.

If he starts we will struggle, Delph will be all over the place trying to accomplish 2 man’s job. Davies is not the answer but he provides balance that Schneiderlin can never offer.

No excuses and no scapegoats tomorrow.

If we struggle against Sheffield United at home tomorrow and don't win then it will not be because of one player. They would all deserve our wrath.
