Gordon looking pleased with himself.
I didn’t know he was coming out of contract. It’s therefore not bizarre to ask why he would be sold.Keep up? If you could construct a coherent sentence it might help.
If Gordon was out of contract soon and refusing a new deal it would be wise to sell, yes. That proves my point though, good players are sold all the time so the question "Why don't they want him if he's that good" is bizarre.
Yes I was seeking an answer. In this case it seems to be that he was getting to the end of his contract. Do you not think that it is legitimate to ask why a club would want to sell a player?Ahhhh he’s nailed it. So there were specific circumstances that led to us selling Digne rather than just “well if he’s good we would’ve kept him rather than selling to a rival”.
They have aeroplanes now mate
Yer mate spain

Hope wolves make it back for there first prem game

When was that posted? I've checked and it's not there.. unless he deleted it pretty sharpish.I’m guessing it’s this?View attachment 173550
Didn't he do this with the Hull lad and everyone went mad? Or was it just a pick of them together in the U21 set up and people wanted him to have a cheeky word in his ear?!I’m guessing it’s this?View attachment 173550
It's only bizarre if you don't know if a player is coming to the end of his contract. Actually he has a further two years on his contract and therefore they are not under immediate pressure.Keep up? If you could construct a coherent sentence it might help.

Supporting this club really is detrimental to our mental health isn't it. Not like we can change how we feel. I'm just trying to remain hopeful that all this pain we go through is for the greater good and some psychological test to see how much supporters can take before they finally crash and burn, some sort of human experiment like the Truman show.Mate I have a very low opinion of Everton but if that was my attitude Jesus Christ I wouldn’t bother.
Do you have any idea what the club could do to rectify their awful position?
Also you seem to be very hostile to fellow blues why is this?
There is an awful lot of anger and hatred on this forum especially during a transfer window. Best to develop an extremely thick skin when posting on here. Learning this myself ?I didn’t know he was coming out of contract. It’s therefore not bizarre to ask why he would be sold.
Seemed strange to me that Wolves would sell an appreciating asset to us as we are in direct competition.

Over the last 2 summer transfer windows (before this one) there have only been around 11 transfers between premier league teams where there a reasonable fee has been paid.
They have generally been big money purchases from one of the big six or them selling their unwanted players.
No player have been bought for any significant amount of money between direct rivals except arguably Kurt Zouma although Chelsea probably do not consider West Ham do be in direct competition. I disregard Helder Costa and Will Hughes.
In other words it's quite unusual and therefore it is also legitimate to ask why would Wolves let him go particularly when Moutinho is 36 and there's a lot of noise around Neves moving and they may become light in central midfield.
What I was particularly objecting to was the manner in which my original comment was responded to.

Im requesting MorgsGoat the second he signs.Just as long as @MikelsGoat doesn’t get a name change to MorgansGoat then the player stands a very good chance of becoming your favourite Everton soccerballer in the next year.

Nothing at all. He also put a blue heart next to Curtin Jones.
