If MLB was on Sky, I reckon we’d see a surge

Any MLB TV on Sky? That would help build a base and shove a bunch of games into the market.

I'd love to see you lads encounter a season's worth of Intentional Talk. Kevin Millar is such a Texan. It would be better at 10 PM than 5 PM, actually.

BBC have got the Fox coverage on, which is hopeless for anyone in the UK looking for an introduction to the game

I'm switching over now - got an At Bat subscription for Father's Day for 50 quid ... which allows me to watch every single game of the season for a fraction of what it would have cost to take the family to London today.

At Bat is a great buy for anybody who loves baseball. I wake up and watch the condensed game an embarrassing number of times. Don't miss much that way.

Kind of like a cricket match in 12 minutes.

Game 7, 1952 World Series. Yankees v Dodgers at Ebbets Field. 10/10/52. Red Barber and Mel Allen on the call.

Yankees trying to wrap up their fourth consecutive WS championship.

Great throwback game to prep for All-Star week. See:

Jackie Robinson
Pee Wee Reese
Mickey Mantle
Yogi Berra
Duke Snider
Roy Campanella
Gil Hodges - he was 0 for 16 in the series going into the game. Listen how the Bums fans support him.
Casey Stengel managing the Yanks
Eddie Lopat (Yankees) v Joe Black (Dodgers) on the mound.

These pitchers work fast, is my first impression. Enjoy!!

Best day of the season tonight, and we’ve got a chance of a Mets win!

Pete Alonso up against home town Boy Santana.

Gonna be a good night!

Had a cheeky £20 win on Pistol Pete, so even though the nets suck, Pete came up strong.

Guerrero him more, but had Pete gone first, how many would he have made?

Incidentally, did anyone read Verlander’s “Juiced” balls comment? Surely getting in trouble for that.

He's right though, I think. MLB needs to acknowledge the change so perceptions can shift.

Game Seven, 1968 World Series. Detroit Tigers v St. Louis Cardinals, Mickey Lolich pitching for the Tigers, Bob Gibson for the Cards.

Here's the whole thing, nabbed from the Canadian feed from NBC. Curt Gowdy and Harry Caray on the call. Legends everywhere. Enjoy!

We get Intentional Talk over here but it’s on at the most random of times

No set schedule. Same as Pro Football Talk with the NFL.
