Oh, and this Maeda chap for LA Dodgers looks like a Mike Myers character.

Rocky Sokahoma, Japan's most popular athlete, decides to quit baseball and take up sumo.

This picture is from the potted history we see (in his final year in baseball, Rocky hit .323 and added 36 HR's, 104 RBI's and 42 SBs to help the Dodgers win their (fill in number) pennant, as well as stepping in as the closer in the sixth and seventh game in 2019 after Bullet Johnson was rendered unable to play due to food poisoning, which led to MLB's "food taster" clause in their next union deal... [aka "Project Gegenboros"]) to set up a picture of Rocky chowing down at the sumo training table.

Getting ready for Wednesday by starting three with the Cubs vs my own personal pan RS tonight under the arch. I'll be backing the team in blue.

Bet it's on BT, if you get Monday night ball. Eamus catuli!

Dap to the Rockies, who played good ball in their three game series in Chicago. Their maligned staff stepped up and made a lot of good pitches. Arenado and CarGo can play for anybody. They get forgotten.

I've read your post several times and am no nearer understanding any of it. I think I like it but its in a foreign language.

Team Blue wins in Red house of pain. More to come tonight.

Lesson for another team blue? We shall see. Lackey was just as nasty as he could be. His command was locked on all night.

Dexter Fowler. Dexter Fowler. Dexter Fowler. Gracious, are we ever glad to see you back where you belong.

Here's a guide to some statistical exploration of what true alpha baseball geeks talk about, as a guide to the mainstream nature of my comments on this forum to date.

Having been unable to translate your earlier post I am now unable to make head or tail of this one !!!!

I did get he bit about aa team in blue going to the home a red tyrant and handing the tyrant a whipping.

Somebody let me know if you can see this in the UK. It is unavailable today in the US. Checking how the MLB YouTube links are timed.

Thanks!

Blue team wins first two of a three game set in Red house of horrors. The third starts an hour before the events at our old grounds tonight.

Day game on a getaway day today. Off to Cinci tomorrow.

Can see this in NZ.

Cubs T-shirts sporting the slogan “Try not to suck” that were the brainchild of manager Joe Maddon and reflect the team’s light-hearted attitude created a stir at Busch Stadium during this week’s series against the Cardinals, Maddon told reporters Wednesday before the foes’ finale.

Word reached Maddon that some fans who wore the shirts were, at least initially, denied entry to Busch Stadium by ushers, who apparently deemed them profane. Ushers asked fans to remove the shirts or turn them inside out, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported later Wednesday.

(sigh) Can't defile their church with the word "suck". Yep, BFIB. (sigh, again)

At least we were only inches away from victory yesterday, unlike another team in blue. I'm always recruiting new baseball fans, btw. It's a great game.

edit - do you think we could sell a few of these to Evertonians right about now?

Those Korked shirts are brilliant. (Of course the K's are backwards to signify a strikeout, you get it, it's Baseball things)

Do simple better
Embrace the Target

We, as Blues, should buy in bulk.
