The big problem with Millenials is the fact that they are the first real generation which had University thrust on them as a must, rather than as an option.

What it's created is a generation of 'over qualified' workers with a massive sense of entitlement. The fact that they've been thrown out into the world without any life skills and Marxist ideology ringing through their heads is part of the problem.

When you create a generation that gets participation awards then you get what you have in the form of Millenials.

Daft as brushes, no understanding of the world. Latch onto the first idea that seems 'right'.

It's BS. You now "need" a University Education to work in a bank. In my day you needed 2 A Levels. People are getting in £50k of debt for no good reason, and I wish 1 of the major parties would put a stop to it. Only about 20% of the population need to go to university.
