Yoof of today.
People who were born after I started work. What even is one?
Only an old fogie would say 'yoof'. It's 'yute' these days, fam.Yoof of today.
Nicely summed up right thereSense of entitlement off the charts, want everything now and to hell with earning it. Thanks to social media, they have knowledge a mile wide but an inch deep. Work ethic nowhere near that of older generations. Apart from that, they're sound.
Don't think your son counts as a millenial. It's the group in their early to mid twenties - the Childline generation that knows its rights, but not its responsibilities, and thinks that everything life has to offer is its God given entitlement.Like any generation, you can't say Millennials are anything. They are all individuals. My eldest is 13. He works hard at school, he's polite and the teachers all love him. He is also a caring human being who values others and respects their opinion. That said, he's also a narky git who shouts a lot. People are complex, and stereotyping a whole generation helps nobody. Sorry for the serious post I know the thread is tongue in cheek.

The point still stands. I have a number of Millennials who work for me. Some are hard-working and diligent, some are lazy and disrespectful. I think parents have to take some responsibility.Don't think your son counts as a millenial.
