Absolutely feral scum who need custodial sentences.

Not compensation.

I don't want to be in any airport with scum who attack police in packs. Who viciously attack women, flooring them with repeated punches. That scum have no restraint - don't give them any courtesy.

If scum like that are at an airport with my family, I want a forceful police force. They have guns for good reason. They have fists and feet. Whatever you've got to do to down that scum, and keep them there - you do it. Courtesy goes out the window when they're punching an armed guard repeatedly to the back of the head, and breaking the nose of women.

Sure, the kick and stamp look bad but as I said, the context will out. That's an armed police officer being punched repeatedly in the back of the head while trying to deploy a tazer... what? 3/5 seconds before.

Still nothing on why they've gone mob handed to pick out just one? Obviously taken offense at something. I'd suggest getting the others to back away first would have been smarter than turning your backs on potential enemies? Very very poorly handled by the pigs still.
I'm thankful it's only as bad as it is. I don't want it to be you, or me, or anyone else that's on video and everyone is horrified and writes 'Rip' next time, because there is, a next time. The pig with the kick and stamp has got to go. Subhuman scum. No excuses. What's he doing when he isn't on camera.

Deep down no one feels sorry to that guy. Yes you can say he deserves it.

But remember if you allow these actions then vulnerable and innocent people down the line could face the same. You have to draw a line between what an officer is allowed to do, and stamping on someone's head isn't in the rule book.

Thank the lord it only 'looks bad'.

I think you’re right , theyd much more likely be getting one but for the stamp . Like I said earlier the stamp has done them a famous more than anything else
The attack on the female office and then the 'punch to the head' of the other is a Sec 47 as a minimum, if not an 18 with the nose but still unlikely. That's custodial.
Already off work on compassionate according to his brief schedule the radio . He’ll be out the door either way you’d think , with a few quid or not , depends how good that brief is or not I suppose .
The brother's career path is up the swanny you'd expect, and vetting...

A good defence barrister may go along the lines of...

...an officer was being seriously attacked, he had been punched in the head and chocked... he was unaware a taster had been deployed... a threat to life.

Will it work? Probably not, as it's still pretty inexcusable, but that's what the courts are for.

i think a custodial would be likely , given the recent sentencing issues and the likelihood (given the brother ) they haven’t got loads of convictions I’d say likely not nailed on but suspect you’d know more .

I think when they tell a jury he has permanent headaches , memory issues , takes vast amounts of medication etc due to an extra judicial assault by a police officer he’s got a better chance of avoiding it now . Not saying that’s right but that’s how it’ll play out I reckon .

As regards the brother again I agree , he either gets vetted out or says he can no longer work in an environment that assaulted his brother and gets a pay off . Either way I think he’s out the door .

Doesn’t change a thing .

The police handled it terribly and advocating for him to be shot is a truly terrible shout.

The lad deserves little sympathy but you expect much better from your police force.

Thank god it was on camera as now they are forced to act and hopefully he is now taken out of any high pressure environment.

If that wasn’t recorded nothing would have happened to him.

An officer is an officer, female or male, a broken nose via an assault is the same either way. Engaging in pure hype to back the rozzers to the hilt. This video shows us very little more than from the other angle looking this way down that corridor. Why were the pigs going in and attacking one of those young men? Not a 'by the book' arrest. Not a 'by the book' any of it. Ah well, get all potential criminals stamped on, imagine the savings when we can close the courts and the prisons and justice* is dispensed at the roadside in the gutter by whoever is strongest or in most numbers.

Martial law uk, cut the nhs waiting lists as well. The benefits just keep stacking up.

He'll have no problem whatsoever after that footage.

Count the seconds from being punched to the back of the skull. I'm surprised he was still standing after the punches to the back of the head.

Pure adrenaline.

Imagine being him. You're armed. You have someone wading blows to the back of your head. You turn around and see female colleagues down.

Training blah blah. Everyone is human. Everyone has a plan until they're getting battered.
