He was in my thoughts yesterday- they were playing Atomic by Blondie in the supermarket. Hope things are okay for him.
Fixed itI’ve been getting some ribbing about Moyes so I’ve promised to join in with he’s got greyhair and we don’t care if we get a result in the derby![]()
Now Blue, you should know that football only began in 1992Good morning all on this lovely day here .I hope all are well , had a nice night and wake to a super day .I was laying in bed and thinking that Moyes cannot believe his luck ,one the results but two the players he has .It really shows that the fans knew Dyche was a dinosaur ,where does he go from here ? I hope it is to Spurs but even that is a dream too far .
Have a great day all and congrats to Ireland in the 6 nations .COYB
The press are reporting it was our fastest goal ever but I seem to remember Howard getting one after seven seconds or was that in my dreams -again?

I too was there for that 5-2 win over Chelsea, one of my fondest Everton memories ever. We were brilliant that day , Howard rarely scored , Chelsea I think were third and we annihilated them , Leeds who were second lost, which meant we’d almost won the League. I don’t want to see any replays of the match, I just want to forever keep the memories of that day and a wonderful Everton team. Now Blue, you should know that football only began in 1992
. . . but actually yesterdays WAS our fastest (I think) it was certainly the fastest goal ever scored at Goodison.
I suspect you're thinking of Howards goal against Chelsea in a 5-2 win in 1969/70 season but that was after 14 seconds.
I am lucky/old enough to have been at both matches![]()
Morning everyone,
Arrived home yes after a lovely cruise around the Canaries.
We landed at 4 pm and there's no Internet access at the arrivals so as I exited the toilets I heard a guy say to his mate , laughing " yeah Everton are 3-0 up. " Hold on I thought that was 2 weeks ago at half time , must be a joke until I got in the taxi to find out the result.
Whilst. I would have preferred a young attacking coach I always thought Moyes was a safe appointment and would keep us up , never in my wildest dreams did I see this transformation, just goes to show what a truly atrocious manager Dyche is.
Anyway been to do mum's shopping, changed the bed and done all the washing whilst Mrs J mucks around on the phone on animal business and then cooks a cottage pie.
Looking forward to watching some stress free football this afternoon while I start dry February.
Have a lovely day everyone.
