Hello again. We managed another two winners so we are fully in profit on the day. It's been a really fun experience. We haven't decided what to do tomorrow- possibly a trip to Kilkenny to see the castle.

We’re doing ok thanks Anj. Trying to get Kays mobility back is proving more difficult. We have an appointment with the doctor Thursday to go through a few things, but as always we’ll get through it all one way or another…..

Good morning all on this chilly day ,we are due some lower temps in the near future could be down to -10 which is warm for this time of year.
I hope all had a good night and have a lovely day today .I wonder if @anjelikaferrett will be sharing her new fortune ? I am not a better as I cannot stand to lose but to bet with a strict budget must give such a buzz ,I remember @Barnfred 55 when I was there with his one pound bets and his kitty increasing day by day ,he was chuffed to bits all for a the cost of one meal in the local pub .I got a buzz from just watching .
Once again the difference in this team from when Dyche was here -same players totally different mindset .He was right ,when he left he said he had gone as far as he could with them . Who could employ him now ?

Morning all, great to hear that @jazzy had a good time in the Canaries and @anjelikaferrett is enjoying herself in Ireland. I’m still excited about the win on Saturday and like you @blue1948, I think it sounds like Dyche had definitely taken them as far as he could. If they are friends as Moyes maintains, I wonder how the conversation will go when Dyche and Moyes next meet - very awkward.
Off to Lancaster later for work so I’m hoping the M6 is kind to me .

Morning all, finding these early starts for the school run a bit much at my age but the robin is singing this morning and only two more weeks until half term so it’s not all bad. Hope you have a good journey @Val P, I think I’ve mentioned before a trip on a motorway is one if my nightmares. I’ve only travelled on a couple and was a nervous wreck. Sounds as though you are having a great time @anjelikaferrett, I would love to visit Ireland but I think that ship, (ferry) has quite literally sailed.
@jazzy pleased to had a good time, shame you didn’t see any canaries, though.

Hope that people are safe and well who are involved but this is a giant pain. To be honest it’s virtually every day now on the M6 which is shocking but unsurprising- the standard of driving is awful.

Hope that people are safe and well who are involved but this is a giant pain. To be honest it’s virtually every day now on the M6 which is shocking but unsurprising- the standard of driving is awful.

Morning all. The landscape out the back has changed dramatically in the past week .

Farmers have been doing their winter ploughing giving the fields a “ moors” type of appearance. And on the horizon a utility company has been hacking down trees with JCB for some reason , when I was running up there it looked a bit like Middle Earth after the Orks blitzed through .

It’s good to have a good feeling about our football again . Have a great day everyone.

Setting off in half an hour and thankfully it’s reopened. Trouble is when the motorway is closed all the alternative routes become gridlocked too. Hopefully there will be no more incidents today

Hello everybody. I hope you made it to work.OK @Val P - the M6 is becoming almost as bad as the M60/M62 which I now avoid like the plague.
I don't want to turn this into politics so all I'm going to say is OMG Trump. Scary stuff. You couldn't pay me enough money to go to the USA right now. I'd rather holiday in Afghanistan!
Today we went to Kilkenny. It was gorgeous. A very old medieval town with a castle and a cathedral dating back to tne 12th Century. Today is also a Bank Holiday in Ireland ( I wondered why there were so many people and children about! Here's a few pics I know you like Cathedrals @Gwladysover so I took some for you. ( next post!) These are the castle, the river and a pub that dates from the 1600s
