Been overcast this morning but looks like it's starting to brighten up. So a choice of finishing off the bedding plants and giving the BBQ a spring clean, or going for a walk this afternoon. I'll decide after lunch.

I have a pasty for lunch, fortunately there were some left when I popped round to the local stores. Also picked up some Cornish strawberries and a new Cornish clotted cream ice cream I've not tried before. It's from the Callistick farm in North Cornwall which cal and I actually visited once many moons ago.

Shame you haven't messaged the two governments .I too have no idea but may be it is a process and therefore not doable in a flash .What did you decide for the afternoon we are all on baited breath ?

Well sadly the weather didn't brighten up until about 3pm. By that time I didn't feel like do anything strenuous so decided to just put on my shorts and just sit out in the back. Just taking a break to make myself a nice Pimms. ?

Well Colleen is in the witness box today dressed top to toe in cream. Rebekah has been crying...again. She's wearing a white shirt today. Melodrama is exactly the right word.

For some reason Rebekah’s crying seem like crocodile tears to me, along with all her excuses of other’s using her Instagram account.

I think it is a good thing but whether we will be safer or not is another debate .I feel that it would not physically affect us here in the middle of nowhere but we would suffer from power and food shortages etc. He just needs to be stopped ,it strikes me that the people who live on the border (with Russia) will see what has happened and that could be a way that the real truth will get through to the Russian people but who knows .
Sweden joining as well would be a show of solidarity and could help .
I do believe that although he would be angry if it escalated Finland would be of no real significance and he would have to face bigger threats than us here .

I also agree it is good and right now may be the perfect moment to join as Russia is too distracted trying to defeat Ukraine and may not have the man power to begin another conflict, but it worrying the threads about cutting gas supplies. Whatever happens I hope you and your family manage to stay safe and don’t have to suffer the power or food shortages ??

Had my first lunch at the golf club. Smoked salmon, prawns, avocado and salad. It was so good I had second helpings. Nice pint of IPA too. Brilliant to get appetite back. Am also snacking like mad! Hope to put the weight back on.
