You ever get the dilemma of do you watch a film or listen to some music or read a book etc etc? You normally end up doing nothing in the end!

I’m in one of those moods after a long week. Need sleep most of all I would say!

Had my first lunch at the golf club. Smoked salmon, prawns, avocado and salad. It was so good I had second helpings. Nice pint of IPA too. Brilliant to get appetite back. Am also snacking like mad! Hope to put the weight back on.

It happened to me last Sunday after the match. At the end I decided to be lazy and I actually took a nap, which never happens but sometimes it is important to listen to ones body and give the rest it needs. Whatever you decide to do, enjoy it!

OK back after a 6 hour walk to the Dog sanctuary then little Aselinos beach with a pit stop for a cheeky beer on the way back. Great day but I'm 100 euros lighter after Mrs J decided she just had to have 4 dog motif team shirts as well as her donation , ah well it's only money.
Off to some taverna that Mrs J has checked out online tonight , starving after that walk!

How can any beer be cheeky after a 6 hour walk!!??!!

We did a cruise of the Greek Islands on Azura once Jazz. Bit earlier than this, late April early May. Lots of places weren't open for the season yet. It was heavenly.
