Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Good job I read a few posts ahead because I think it was the best save i have ever seen too ,he was fantastic anyway but that save WOW.
There's a Big Nev save from Beardsley in a Derby from yonks back I remember. Southall was committed and I think there was a defection that took it past him. It was practically in the net when suddenly one if those big hands came from nowhere and defected it over. The ball must have been at least a foot behind him when he saved it. Amazing save. But so was the one from Pickford today.

The thing was Fred that he had just been on the floor the other side of the goal ,his recovery was what made it the best I have seen and I saw Banks best in the world cup. Of course we are all full of emotions now but when I rewatch it I am sure I will feel the same .

Afternoon folks. I'm a poorly girl. Have got some sort of sickness bug. Won't go into the gory details but last night was very unpleasant! However this could explain why I've been feeling so flat recently - maybe it's been coming on.

To add to the Irish women discussion - prior to becoming Mrs F I was an O'Leary.

What about that match. Oh.My.Goodness. Didn't watch, listened to the BBC Radio 5 commentary. Leon Osman co-commentator. Maybe this is the way forward. Listen don't watch! Pickford was outstanding but they all played with so much fire and passion. The last 7 minutes was torture. If only, as somebody said earlier, we could have done this all season. Maybe we should have got Frank in after Ancelotti left. I'd love a beer/glass of rose but I'm too scared to in case the lurgy re-visits later.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend and the Bank Holiday.
Get well soon Anje
