Most of it will run off in the cooking and I’ll skim the fat from the drippings at the end, so it’s not quite as bad as it sounds. What it WILL give me though, is breast meat that isn’t dry as a bone, delicious flavour and crispy skin. Hopefully that’s primed you for tomorrow’s update…

It’s been cold and rainy all day and I was going to pop out earlier and then decided I couldn’t be arsed !
