How’s Mrs P?
Good afternoon.Doesn’t feel like match day today and I’m thinking it’s maybe because I’m not expecting much out of it.
Fire set ready to be lit and pizza ordered for 5pm delivery.
Hello Carlos, how are you?Good afternoon.

Well done mate.Kids football this morning and now watching the Donegal County final on TV.
I couldn’t handle living in a city. Grass and peace and quiet is just the ticket.Stu from The Pub dropped off a load of logs earlier. Top bloke. "See you later (at the pub) Mark?"
"Maybe Stu, but it will be all snug here later, maybe Monday"
I love living in a rural village.

Now come on lad, they will have the fires going in the pub, the beer will be wonderful and you have mates to talk rubbish with. Get your coat on, it doesn’t get any better….
Saturday attracts a different crowd, which is fine. Just not for me so much. I prefer a quiet chat with a few guys that I am sure you get in your place. Scruffy, friendly, and very very wealthy. Stu from The Pub is one of them. His family own a bundle of land around here, he is happy lugging logs around the place, and lives in a cabin in his field.
His brother, Turkey, owns a garage/land/property, and then there is Kev. (ffs Kev). Self made bloke from The Falklands, makes his money digging tunnels all over the world. Has a book out about his life. Wouldnt meet any of them elsewhere.
There is something special about the local pub where every knows everyone else. It’s very cross generational as well and you just don’t get that in a chain pub.Now come on lad, they will have the fires going in the pub, the beer will be wonderful and you have mates to talk rubbish with.
