Morning all, bit cloudy here today. Hope everything is okay @Terrarian and @Barnfred 55, missed you. Off to the charity shop later with loads of the stuff I have been “persuaded” to part with. Truth be told it’s all piled on the kitchen table and I CBA putting it all back now Mr G. has finished decorating the bedroom but I won’t tell him that - he thinks he’s won the argument over what he sees as rubbish and I see as treasure! Have a good day all.?

Morning G, I'm fine thanks plodding along. I got a text yesterday for a re-consultation video call with the pain clinic on November 7th so happy with that at last, even if I don't think they are a huge help, after so long without the injections I can say they do help a bit.

Other than that not been upto much, Daisy is fine as well.

Good morning all on this dark cold day here in Finland .I everyone had a great night and have a fine day today .A certain @Barnfred 55 is conspicuous by his absence .I hope no one has run off with his gin bottles as he just might need one tonight .Some great memories from @Gwladysover .and once again a great extract from WSAG thanks to @Armaghtoffee . Making a chicken curry for our guests tonight ,the wife normally does a two day prepared meal but this time we are doing a soup ,curry and a cheesecake .For the benefit of @Vegas Toffee Girl it does not go near an oven it is all done cold .Have great day all.COYB.

The gin bottles are all present and correct Blue. Can't speak for the contents though.

She never gets sick and thought it was heart problems, turns out it’s acid reflux from the antibiotics she is on, as she has never had AR before,

OMG not only is she completely incompetent but she is a coward throwing her Chancellor under the bus for implementing her own policies , policies on which she got elected.

In other news, had an insulation survey bloke round yesterday to see if I qualify for some free stuff for the Go Green thing. After an hour or so crawling around in the loft and drilling a few holes in the walls, he announced quite proudly that he would recommend that I have cavity wall insulation on the old walls, and updated loft insulation. Gratis.

How much difference I will make to global warming and CO2 emissions is probably off set by his drive from Bristol and his massive electric drill, but it might stop a few folk gluing themselves to a motorway.
