Pretty sure Sky Arts has shown Rome but not Berlin. Happy to be corrected of course. Thanks AT. I'll look it up mate. Not sure if that's the same one I watched on SkyArts recently. think that was in Berlin but I was a bit pissed tbh.
Just done a search mate. There is a second one on Sky, and part of it is shot in Berlin, so I couldn't have been that pissed. But it was the Drones world tour so was probably 5 year ago or more. Worth a watch if you have Sky though AT. It's a proper film and the sound quality is boss.Pretty sure Sky Arts has shown Rome but not Berlin. Happy to be corrected of course.
This gig was only 6 weeks ago and gives a little insight into the new album which is always welcome.Just done a search mate. Labinskys on the corner of Matthew st and Victoria st ?, too trendy for a brown-bitter drinker as I was back then.Good afternoon all. Survived Sweaty Saturday or as I like to call it Sweary Saturday. @jazzy I seriously am rubbish at the gym. I am fine if I have to do things with my arms or things with my legs but co-ordinating both together sends my brain into meltdown. So when today featured burpees and walkouts ( which does not involve leaving and going home! ) I was like a fish out of water - literally, flopping around, gasping for air. lol However I feel I have done enough to have a beer later.
I put two of the cat's old bowls out in the garden filled with water last week to let the birds and any other small animals or insects have a drink. I didn't think they were getting used but this morning I saw two jackdaws having a drink and a magpie having a bath! So I'll have to keep up with the water.
I invested a couple of quid on Sound Angela @Barnfred 55 . Thanks for the heads up. I'm also a huge fan of Long island iced tea. Do any of you guys remember Labinskys? i'm not sure if it is still there. Very trendy in the 80s. Also famous for being the place where Don Hutchinson got his knob out and put it in a girl's drink. Playing for the RS at the time. On Thursdays they used to do 2 for 1 cocktails. Long island Iced Tea was my go to cocktail. Not sure how I made it to work on some Fridays!
I've got a very important job for the next 10 days. I'm minding my friend's kids' hamster while they go to Salou. Cookie the hamster is getting on a bit so the first thing I was told was "Don't worry if it dies. It's fine." I'm doing a remote caring job. I couldn't take the chance of bringing it home because of our cat and her impressive track record of killing and eating small rodents.
As others have mentioned, Jazzy take it easy with the gravel. Don't overdo it.
Hope you are all having a lovely day x
No , Mrs J insistentNot worth the wait then?

That was it. I only went on Thursdays for the 2 for 1 offer. Far too expensive otherwise!Labinskys on the corner of Matthew st and Victoria st ?, too trendy for a brown-bitter drinker as I was back then.
Ange, it has been keeping quite busy but I expected as there are many recruitment events to attend during the summer. However later in the year it should slow down a bit. I’m definitely finding fulfilling my new position, I just love to be out meeting the community creating connections and promoting the many great programs our community college has to offer. It has also been rewarding that my hard work and effort has been recognized as the College President has thanked my work on his weekly newsletter twice in the past month, something that had not happened before in the previous four years working at the college in a different department. So work life while busy is good and I feel very happy about it at the moment. And the sweaty boobs were certainly a laughing matter for me too as I kept thinking of the free the nipple movement that has been happening here in the US and that my sticky bra failure was going to force me to begin a revolution at the College ? Like you, American society puzzles me at times too. How can openly carrying a gun be totally okay, but for a woman to bare their nipples in public is totally unacceptable. I’m Colombian so nudity for me is natural, normal, and you already know that about me, so I have to be very careful not getting in trouble when going to the beach as there states that could arrest me for just wearing a thong bikini. It really is absurd, guns are okay but a thong bikini is too much for society to deal with@Sassy Colombian wow. You're job is certainly keeping you busy but also, more importantly, engaged and fulfilled. I did laugh at the sweaty boobs issue. Free the nips! It's one thing I have always found very strange about Americans. Fine with open carrying guns and semi automatic weapons but God forbid anybody lets a nipple out! All hell breaks loose.
