Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Sounds like you’re having fun with your brother but GIRL 5:30 for the gym Dayum Mayum
Haha, I know it is bit crazy but that shouldn't surprise you about me lol TBH there are many reasons why I make it that early. I enjoy that the gym it is not packed at that time, is a good time to concentrate my energy just on me, some of my older friends also work out at that time so it is nice seeing them, but most importantly it gives me enough time to do everything I do before going to work which is cooking breakfast and packing lunches for the family.

Morning friends ,

Well , what a strange time to be an Evertonian.

After the euphoria of escaping relegation , we were faced with a summer of selling to try to balance the books , losing our best player because we've squandered almost 1/2 billion pounds on dross.

Then , perhaps unsurprisingly , we learn that Moshiri wants out and is prepared to sell to Americans with close ties to Trump's mate Steve Bannon. Who knows what their motivation is but is sure isn't because they sat in the Upper Bullens for 30 years cheering on Reidy and Bracewell.

And , even if they come in without loading debt onto the club they can't invest in the squad anyway becuase of the losses that we've made over the last 3 years.

What a crazy , bonkers club we support.

Have a lovely day , I'm off to Aldi to save a few quid.
An American with close ties to Trump and Bannon must be a corrupted one. Is that really one of our choices? I haven't have the time to read about it. If that's the case then I'm not very happy with that plan. I detest Trump and his allies hugely so supporting a team own by them is really going to create conflict within me.

Good morning mascpoteers on this splendid sunny day in Finland. A bit late getting up this morning and therefore a late arrical here .I hope all slept as well as I did !
I did however get stirred from my slumber by our cat at 3.20a.m. so I took a photo for @Sassy Colombian as she was interested . Have a great day all.View attachment 169918
Thanks for sharing! Wow, this is 3:20 am that's a lot of daylight for that time. Do you have light blocking curtains? or does the light doesn't bother you when you sleep?

Ginger requiring a safe haven after last night. Managed to avoid COVID for the last 2.5 years, but yesterday it finally got me. One of the worst nights kip (if you can even call it that) I’ve ever had, mild symptoms all day yesterday but as of midnight headache, sore throat, blocked nose, and vacillating between fever and chills constantly. Got about 3 hours in all.

Tell me your covid success stories friends and about how you rapidly improved.

Oh that’s rubbish hope you feel better soon.?

Morning all, hope the weather is as good for you as it is here. Taking grandkid no 3 to the dentist for check up this afternoon as her Mum is unable to do it. She’s not too keen on going so has been bribed with a treat afterwards - Grandad has promised we will take her for cake and milkshake. Not sure that’s the healthy teeth example he should be setting ?‍♀️. Have a good day everyone.

Like you , until yesterday , been able to avoid it so far despite taking multiple plane journeys , attending indoor meetings and coaching table tennis.

Mrs J same despite working in the charity shop throughout the period.

Perhaps we are lucky , perhaps 3 jabs and daily vitamin D helps.

Best of luck for a speedy recovery.

Point of order about early morning gym sessions or indeed activity, you get the feel good chemicals from said work out that greatly impact your productivity and mood all day. If you’re not a morning person then try easing into it with yoga, you’ll feel the benefits in just a few seasons and change your body’s habit.
Chico I think that your first post that I can unreservedly agree with. lol

Lovely here today.

Off to the gym then to the Animal Rescue to help out with some heavy lifting ( not sure why I need the gym first ).

No doubt some gardening later before it gets too hot on Thursday and Friday.

Have a good one y'all
Heavy lifting sets the soul free. Deny gravity it’s claim to mass and bench until you’re hench bro.
