Merson the most anti-Everton pundit today

Merson is a rambler and thick as a plank of wood but he always comes across as pretty honest in my view. He probably adds the word 'but' onto his statements about Everton because we are far from perfect, he can't make up false positives about Everton that aren't there, that's what fans do.

You'd have to be easily pleased to rate his 'praise'. He deviates his line on Everton like a Kopite in a race row.

Is it ok to not care a bit what some idiotic clueless bellend thinks about my Footballl club?

This.

I stopped caring what pundits thought of Everton a long time ago. I go the game, so can make up my own mind on what I’m watching; I talk to mates and blues in work & read this forum were people are far more qualified to give an option on Everton. Couldn’t care less what anyone in the media, with there ‘little old Everton’ attitude thought.

He's anti-Everton EVERY season.

How does this patronising Cockney bellend get a free hand to do that?
I don't know Dave. I live in NZ so only have faint acquaintance with the UK pundits mentioned on here: truth be told, I wouldn't know Merson (the pundit) from a bar of soap.
What I do know, is that the club I support continues to disappoint me terribly and that people who express their disappointment, pundits or otherwise, are not out of line (nor, necessarily, anti-Everton)

He's been doing it even when we were doing ok.

The feller's a shambles.

"Different gravy, Jeff"; "It's Desmonds, Jeff".

'kin ell.

He was a decent Arsenal player.

Also an alcoholic, cocaine, and gambling addict, with a chequered personal life. (Closet little englandler to boot)

A fine exponent of the type of idiots we have as "experts" on our TV screens.
Here in NZ, rugby is a much bigger game, and, let me assure you, we have similar-type rugby 'experts' expounding their droning pablum.
I enjoy watching the game, but don't bother with all the BS punditry.

It’s all part of the football pantomime a pundit trying to be bit edgy and relevant. There are only so many slots available tv and radio to keep the their better half’s accustomed to the lifestyle they were used to when they were playing...
