💳 Payment Method. Never pay via direct bank transfer. This offers zero buyer protection - once the money is sent, it cannot be reversed and your bank is unlikely to refund any losses. Always research your payment method before using it. PayPal, for example, offers meaningful buyer protection and is strongly recommended over a bank transfer.

🤝 Where possible, arrange to meet face to face - ideally at an Everton match - and exchange tickets in person.

👤 Check Their Forum Profile Review the seller's forum history. Have they been a member for a long time, or did they register recently? Do other members speak positively of them? A long-standing, active member with good feedback is a much safer bet.

Match Ticket Thread - Spares/Requests - FACE VALUE OR LESS ONLY!

Hi all,

New boy on GrandOldTeam, coming in peace and please excuse me for interrupting or perhaps posting this in the wrong thread. Me and four football-mad mates are over in Liverpool from Amsterdam at the end of the month and we'd love to go the game in Newcastle. Ideally we'd been sat in the away end, but I just saw your allocation is sold out unfortunately. We still would like to go the game, albeit in the Newcastle end. We saw they had plenty of tickets.

However, our problem is the travel from Liverpool to St. James' Park, it's a real pain. I just asked the club if they would allow ticketless fans on the coach there, but I'd hazard the guess they wouldn't. Would any of you good Blues perhaps know a way to get from Liverpool to Newcastle and back without breaking the bank?

Many thanks in advance for any help!

Hi mate, look at National Express. They're a coach company and they have a station behind the main train station in Liverpool and go all over the country. They are often a lot cheaper than the train.
