If this was any other business I'd have spewed off using them again and took my custom elsewhere, unfortunately football just doesn't work like that. spot on . TBH it's not a new thing the way the box office staff speak to you especially over the phone . There are a couple of decent people in there ( Brendan and Michelle both are superb ) a large chunk of the rest of them are either obnoxious or useless.
