Has anyone else not received their United ticket yet? Rang up before I went to Italy to ask where the hell it is, they told me to ring back today for duplicate information. Just have done and I've been told they're not allowed to give it out until the day before the game so ring back again tomorrow. They're an absolute joke, there is no reason they should have been waiting a week after tickets went on sale before actually sending them out.

So pathetic, did you go to the Park End to buy the ticket in person? I complained at the time when i bought mine posting them all out was a bad idea, ive got it now so im lucky, thing is with all the extra games they have this season the idea of wanting to post out even more tickets then they have to is crazy, proper clueless. Giving the people in the box office extra work, meaning even more phone calls such as yours, why they cant make life easy for themselves and the fans i dont nkow.
They tried to blame it on United which is nonsense

They have bought this new computer system which seems to be total crap on all levels. What is annoying when you complain to someone they dont care, why would they, just working a 9to5 job, makes no odds to them fans are getting messed about

This is a slightly different note but i couldnt find a thread about this topic but as anyone received an email informing them that the remembering Bally game has been cancelled.

I've checked social media and the official site but i haven't seen any mention of the game being called off.
 
I'm in exactly same boat mate- still no united ticket has arrived. Bought at box office on 1st day of sale only to be told not received yet and will need to be posted- this was last monday, you'll have it by Thurday she said- 2 days before the game, Ive still not received it, absolute joke.

I've rang 3 times this week including first thing this morning and on each occasion I've been told the last batch was sent last night, on my e ticketing it says not sent which I told the girl, they have been sent she said.

Ive been told to ring first thing in the morning, get added to the duplicate list and pick up at old trafford if not in tomorrows post.

Unbelievable how poor the box office are this season

Fortunately mine had come by the time I got home. Laziest postie in the universe, it only got delivered at half 5! I always buy mine online, didnt realise they were still having to send them out for people who bought in person too! It is really bad, just dont get how the time scale between sale dates and the games are getting shorter and shorter.

Stupid Everton, I have to go and see us again now after 2 bloody 3-0 defeats in a week! Was starting to think my ticket not coming was a good thing!
 
Lol, least you got them. Hopefully mine will rock up tommorow otherwise its pick up at Old Trafford.

I purposely chose to pick up in person due to the messing about getting last couple of tickets on waiting for them to arrive in the post

Had to call the ticket office this week and the attitude of the staff is appalling, you can actually feel their disdain channeling down the phone line as they speak to you. If this was any other business I'd have spewed off using them again and took my custom elsewhere, unfortunately football just doesn't work like that. I despise going up to the ground as you feel like your inconveniencing them from farting around on Facebook or chatting to the others in the office, you very rarely get what your after anyway as apparently this year it seems all the other clubs are at fault for not sending tickets on time or leaving the sorting of allocations until the last minute possible.
I'm 100% sure that they've replaced the staff with a gaggle of Kopites from across the park either that a half a dozen of the characters from Little Britain.

"Wheres my Man Utd ticket, the games tommorrow?"
