I click Carabao Cup to look at tickets, it says "log in" - I am already logged for a start, so I log in again. "Home match tickets are only available to official members" - I am season ticket holder you meff pretty sure I'm a "member"

Might be worth posting your thoughts on the site here.

Maybe the GOT admins could make the post sticky, that way the firm that builds and maintains the site have a source of feedback to make improvements easier.
 
Has anybody received the Atlanta tics yet,or been to the ticket office and bought one, cause a lad on the Atlanta thread reckons efc haven't even received them yet.
Any news anybody.

This was true. Went down Monday, and they didn't actually have the allocation and were expecting them, that day.

So I imagine, people receiving them today, proves the box office aren't completely full of garbage.
 
Wasn't sure where to put this but would appreciate some help if anyone knows the answer. Bought two tickets off stubhub for the game on Saturday for me and my girlfriend and have just realised one is a kids ticket. Is there anything I can do about that?
